The Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne is a superb value, pleasant, and exceptionally comfortable 3-star hotel. The staff is super-friendly and amazingly nice, always on hand. The hotel offers outstanding breakfast with plenty of meal options. Located conveniently close to the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens.

Truly enjoyed our normal double and quiet rooms in this place.

The hotel is in an excellent position in a quiet area. The staff are amazingly nice and accommodating with smiling faces. The location is right by shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions in town and downtown.

The outstanding breakfast had good choice of meals and the food I tasted was great. Location: the hotel was near the clinic Mom had to go to the next morning and Close to Botanic gardens.

The hotel is reasonably priced, clean, and has a very clean pool. The location is great, near a mall and other restaurants and shops. The staff is pleasant and exceptional. They offer plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Really had comfortable stay during our visit to Cheyenne in April 2019. The location marvellous and convenient close to downtown. And so close to the mall & the clinic Mom had to go to the next morning, the airport and restaurants, and eating places.

We had a great stay here; the location was fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed a nice dinner with drinks at Chili's Grill & Bar.

It became my favorite place to stay in Cheyenne. The food was great - lots of options. The hotel rooms were normal double and fairly quiet. The personnel was welcoming and fast, doing their best to assist.

There was a very uncomfortable bed.

Our stay in this enchanting hotel made our trip to Cheyenne an excellent experience. The location for Cheyenne was marvellous and comfy, adjacent to the AFB and airport, a restaurant, and Botanic gardens.

The breakfast at Fairfield Inn Cheyenne was fantastic every morning. Fresh scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and various pastries were available. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The WiFi connection was also good. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The air conditioner was a little on the weak side. There is also only one ice machine on the third floor.

My reservation was messed up and didn't show up in the system, but they were very kind and accomodated me anyway. Found out the next morning that my name was in the system with no spaces between first/last name, causing it not to show up under my last name. Not really a problem because they took good care of me anyway!
